When sending a document as attachment in Word, I receive Outlook Express instead of Outlook. How do I change it so that it opens up Outlook instead?
Thanks.

Right click the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. Choose "properties" and then "programs" change the field "E-Mail" to what ever email client you want to use. When you restart Word that client will be the default when "sending as an attachment".
Hope this helps http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hiya! I've had a similar problem. I see the Program
area that you're talking about, though I want to change my
Newsgroups from 'Outlook Express' to 'Microsoft Outlook'.
The drop-down menu only supplies Outlook Express. How can
I add extra programs to the selection? http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif
Cheers!

It depends on what version of Outlook ,Office and Outlook express as to how they work togethere. Also what 'mode' is Outlook running in workgroup or Internet ? ( to find out open the "help" menu and choose "about outlook". On the second line of the new window the mode is displayed.)
