can anyone help .when i start my computer the customize this folder wizard appears i can't stop it from appearing at start up it has been doing this since i had a virus in my computer i use windows 98 any anwers to this problem would be appreciated

Sounds like you need to replace the registry with a copy that was made before the virus activated, and is not corrupted.
Use the [F8] key to get a boot menu or hold down [Ctrl] and choose Command Prompt Only type
scanreg_restore using a space in place of the underscore used here. Replace the registry with a copy made before the problem started.
This is assuming you have win98. If you're running win95 you'll have to do it manually in DOS, let us know and we can post links or instructions.

OK...what virus? What OS?
Look in the start up folder and see if you have a shortcut there to start the wizard at start up. If so delete it.
