infodisk 2001 help please

hi,
ive got a problem with info disk 2001,
hope someone can help,
ive installed the 2 disks of this set, but cannont run the program, every time i do, i get the warning messege:

The Msvcp60.dll file is linked to missing export Msvcrt.dll_lc_Collate_cp.

when i click this, another box comes up:

c:\program files\i-cd\ukinfodisk2001\Ukid.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning.

any help would be appreciatted.
