when i start virtual world tour i get a black rectangle with a cross
can any body help

Did you opt to not install any programs during installation for e.g the program that plays the clips, or you could have removed this as an independant program not realising what it was used for,

A re-install of Encarta would solve these little programs.

i tried to re install but it did not install properly
something to do with unable to read all info from cd
and my clock not set right help

This sounds where the problem lies but what do you mean about your clock,

is it an original CD

Does your machine meet all the required minimum specs.

how much HDD space is required and how much do you have.
