Accessing Local resources

I can see all computers on my LAN under Network
Neighborhood, I can successfully ping all computers
on the network.I can access shared resources on
other computers by going to Find and typing in
the IP address, BUT can't access other computers
(except one) by using the computer name.The only
computer that I can reach doesn't have NETBEUI
enabled.Is there a conflict with having NETBIOS
and NETBEUI enabled on the same computer?

Do other computers on the LAN have the same problem, or is the problem only with your computer?
