Hi,
I have a Pentium II 333MHz PC, 64 Mbytes of RAM and a RIVA TNT2 M64 video card installed. I am running Windows Media Player version 7.01 and DirectX 8.0 (operating system is Win 2000, with service pack 2 installed). When I try and run Video CD files, I get an error message indicating that an "I/O Device Error Has Occured". I've even downloaded a program called QUICKVCD PLAYER, but when I run the same VCD files I get another error message saying that the "File Format is not Supported". I know that there is no problem with the files themselves because I've successfully ran the same files on another Win 2000 PC with an older version of Windows Media Player.
Any help will be appreciated.
