on my win2k computer (130megs ram, lots of disk space), when i am using internet explorer, and i click on a link that acts by opening a new window, a new widnow opens but it is blank .. the input area for address is blank as well. this also happens when i try to open links that use plugins such as macromedia webplayer. sometimes i get an error message:
"a runtime error has occured.
do you wish to debug?
line: 20
error:class not registered"
of course if i press [ctrl _ n], a new window successfully pops up.
