Battle of the Anit-Virus Software

I have a peer-to-peer LAN that has both Dr Solomons & McAfee installed. Recently it has started to cause conflicts between each other on the LAN. I've tried removing both packages and re-installed them but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

Uninstall it again and go in to your registry. Go to start/ run/
and type :regedit
Then go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software
And find the software and right click and delete it from there.
