no "send to" from word to notes

Some of our customers have the problem, that they can´t use the "send to email" function of microsoft word, if they have set Lotus Notes mail as default mail client.

Do you mean that the option isn't there or it's greyed out?

In older versions of the notes client ,if the "send to" was not there, you had to use the "enable send to..." option in user preferences to enable that menu. ( this was only needed if the user had Office 97. The "enable send to..." option in user prefernces doesn't exist if the user has Office 2000.)


If the option is greyed out then it might have something to do with Outlook/Outlook Express disabling the menu if notes is present.
