How remove software out registry clearly when have not "Uninstall" attack

First thing would be to Back-up,Back-up,Back-up the registey and anything else you want to keep,an easyer way would be is to download RegCleaner found here, http://www.jv16.org/ Do you know what files are associated with the program you are trying to uninstall? if not then it would be a good idea to get a hold of the software vender and see if they have an-uninstall procedure or a files list of what to extract,hang on and some more will chime in with there advice.
