game problems

I recently purchased Beyond Atlantis 2 and cannot get it to install. I keep getting (m:\install.exe file appears to be corrupt reinstall file and try again)and(m:\setup.exe is not a valid win32 application) I've e-mailed both the manufacturer of the game and the manufacturer of my system and one says its my system and the other says its the game.m My system exceeds the requirements needed to run the game.

You may have a defective cd.
The program will not run .
Windows will report a faulty read as corrupt file if it starts then fails


If you have the disk space try copying the setup file to your hard drive and see it can be executed
