NAV 2002 Problem

Hi,
This is what I see when I double clicked on the NAV 2002 icon on my desktop, "Norton Integrator could not initialize the current frame class. Please make sure that you did not directly run the integrator". Tried to un-install the NAV 2002 from Control Panel's Add/Remove but could not find the NAV 2002. Under Start>Program>NAV2002 un-install icon, clicking on it, this is what I see.."This action is only valid for products that are currently installed". Couldn't un-install the NAV 2002. Can't find any solutions in Symantec's Site.
Anyone can help me solve this problem.

What OS are you using?

Are you sure that you didn't some how uninstall or delete a part of it?

Hi mjc,
I'm using Win98SE. Before installing the NAV 2002, I only uninstalled NAV2001 form the Add/Remove Program. Any suggestions to solve this problem would very much appreciated.
