NT desktop - MS Word - Fonts gone

Greetings from NZ.
NT workstation log in under 1 id and MS Word has all fonts available, logging on using different ID and all fonts gone. Any ideas as to why?
Appreciate any ideas/clues.

Make sure that the second user id has read privileges for the directory where the fonts are stored.....
