Is it true that internet connection sharing does not work on AOL? Has anyone discovered a way to overcome this or can they recommend a ISP in New South Wales Australia that does allow ICS?

hmm the basic answer to ICS on AOL is no it wont work, there are ways to "hack" it and have it work, but its pretty messy and not for the faint hearted...

Most Aus ISP's frown on ics especially if you are on cable.optus will cancel your a/c straight away if they find out, telstra seems to have a more lenient approach even tho they say not to do it, and if you use it wisely you will probably get away with it..
