If you have Internet Explorer 5.5 with Service pack 2 or Internet Explorer 6 Quick time won't work. This is because Microsoft has decided to not support "Netscape type plug-ins" in Internet Explorer. You have 2 choices.
One.... Get the Quick Time update (an activeX control from Apple) or the newest version of Quick Time. This is the best option.
Two....Go here: http://www.98lite.net/ieradicator.html and download Ieradicator and use it to uninstall Internet Explorer. ( be sure to read all the instructions first and note that it isn't for use with Windows 2000 or Windows XP) Also only do this if you have an old version of Internet Explorer that you can reinstall or you have another web browser you can use.
Good luck http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif

First, please try to keep questions in one topic, it can get confusing to try and keep up with multiples.
Second, if you do not get an answer right away, try and be patient. If people do not have a possible solution they move on to another question, it might take time for someone to dig up information.
It's also a holiday period for us in the US, many of our regular participants are not online as much as usual, out of town etc, so getting answers might be slow.
Don't worry about your English, we're accustomed to seeing people from other countries whose knowledge of English is limited. We can usually tell, and I doubt if anyone is bothered much by it. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to understand, but we re-read and usually figure it out.
Thanks for trying though, I've seen immigrants here who don't even try to speak English...
