Hi guys,

Happy new year, good to be back isn't it?

This problem has been driving my nuts for a while, I have been around the Microsoft site many times and tried different search engines, has anybody come across this one before? If so what was the solution?

Error

Excel caused and invalid page fault in module mso97.dll at 016f:3070ab13.

The Excel version being used is 97 Sr-2.

The Windows version being used is 95 4.0.950 b.

The problem occurs when opening the file. There are macro's within the document. The document opens on a machine with Windows NT 4 install (service pack 6) but not on any of the Windows 95 machines.

Best Regards,

Terry Hugill

Tried all those, I have SR-2 so the patches don't work and the .acl change didn't work either, but thanks anyway.

It's not a suspend issue either, this happens even when the pc has just been booted up and the suspension utility doesn't have the chance to kick in.

Tried even turning power management utilities off all together, that doesn't work. It won't let me turn off the macro's when I get the choice either!
