Just out of the blue Netscape has been crashing with illegal operations. It can happen at loading Netscape to well into surfing, but it always happens fairly soon.
the message is: "Netscape caused an invalid page fault" at various locations. the word "stack dump" is also mentioned.

Have you installed anything recently (like since the time the errors began)?

Try and be a little more specific, any particular files, othe than Netscape, mentioned?

What version of Nestacpe?

Does this happen in other programs or just Netscape?

crasher, I have always preferred Netscape to IE, but each version I've used has always worked fine for a while, then after a few months it starts having more and more illegal operations. I think Netscape has a knack for corrupting its files. Fortunately, by the time it gets bad, the next version is usually available, and that fixes the problem. Otherwise, I reinstall the version or use IE. I hated Netscape 6, but 6.2 looks better.
