Netscape illegal operations

Just out of the blue Netscape has been crashing with illegal operations. It can happen at loading Netscape to well into surfing, but it always happens fairly soon.
the message is: "Netscape caused an invalid page fault" at various locations. the word "stack dump" is also mentioned.

Go ahead and backup your Bookmarks and Address Book then uninstall Netscape, Restart your computer then re-install Netscape.

Before you uninstall netscape.
Use the Options menu and delete your temporary files.
Then clean out the system temp folder ( C:\windows\temp) is the normal default
Very often the crashes in Netscape are caused by old Java script files in the temp folders.

Restart the system and see what happens
