Sometimes, when I go to the Hotmail main page, the Explorer 6 won't load the images and the CSS. Furthermore, when I enter my Hotmail account and try to send a mail under these circumstances (IE6 won't load images or CSS), there is no response after clicking the "send" button. I have to copy my message, close my session in the Explorer, start a new session in Netscape and then, I can go into my account and send my mail.
The problem solves itself after a hot reboot. I have a cybercafe with 15 identical computers and each one has IE6 and Netscape 4.7. Sometimes the problem appears in any other computer, and I can only solve it by hot rebooting the machine.
Besides, when I detect the problem, the first thing I do is to check the security and privacy levels of the IE6. Even when changing the privacy levels to low (accept all cookies), the problem is not solved.
This does not happen with the Netscape 4.7
Has anybody had a problem like this? Any suggestions?
