You might find your answer here. http://www.webteam.cc/~budallen/kernel32.html HTH.

Edited: I should say you will find the Spool32 Error there. I'm not sure about your other error.

After doing a search on Google I found the other error to be a printer error too. Have you tried uninstalling your software and reinstalling? Or updating your driver?

Sorry for the continuous posting, but I can't edit. When I said software I meant for the printer not OS.

You didn't mention what type of printer you have, but I have found that changing the spool properties (in the printer properties) from EMF to RAW has corrected several PCs I've seen with that error message. Here is a page that briefly explains it: http://www.hp.com/cposupport/multifunction/support_doc/bpu00892.html
Sorry can't help with the Graphical Device Interface error.

I'm not positive, but I think General Page Faults are similar to General Protection Faults, something has tried to access a memory page that is already in use. Here are a couple of links to possible troubleshooting methods. Tried a search, all it came up with was General Protection and Invalid Page Faults...

You might also want to download the latest service pack for Office 2000. Which might help with the Excel problem your having.

My printer is a HP 4050N laser. I am presently using the drivers that came with the printer. I am not sure if there may be a update or not. Hope this helps.
