Greetings all
A query that I 've got. I wish to move mail from my inbox to a personal folder and get the following message: 'Can't move the items. Some items could not be moved. They were either already moved or deleted, or access was denied'. This message appears when trying to move a block of mail, or the same message, though indicating one item, if trying to move one. When I try again, it allows the transfer to the folder. Can anyone explain why this message appears?
