I've installed Linux Suse 6.4 on a spare pc, loaded fine. I let the pc sit for about 6 months and forgot my Root and user password. Any suggestions?

Sorry about asking that silly question regarding "Lost Passwd", should have known that the only reasonable thing to do is try old pw's or start afresh.
Please remove Linux note. Thanks.
