Nero CDR recording software

Has anyone been successful using Nero Burning CDROM recording software with a ABIT K7T motherboard and the Via chipset ? I read that the Nero software doesn't like the software. I have a Abit motherboard with the via chipset and would like to use my TDK 12X10X32 recorder.

I read in a newsgroup (through Google Groups (http://groups.google.com/)) that the problem with InCD in Nero 5 has been corrected by version 4.29 of the Via drivers.

Thanks for the info. I once downloaded the 4.25 drivers from Via and wasn't able to upgrade it properly. Do you think that the ver 4.29 will be easier to update ?

Does 4.29 mean that Via knows that their drivers did cause problems with Nero software ?

The last VIA driver update I did was 4.22 and it had no problems. VIA does not list what changes were made on the chipset drivers. Here is the VIA (http://www.viatech.com/drivers/index_new2.htm) download page if you need it.
