I just installed windows 98 on a new hard drive and I have set the parameters for system power management for monitor and drive suspension but I am having one problem when I go to standby I get this message:

System Power Managemet

Your Computer can not go on standby
because a device driver or program running won't allow it
close all programs, and try again.

I have tried again after pushing CRL ALT DEL and the only thing running is systray and explorer, where else can I check to solve this issue? I have Award Bios and in the cmos/power management could there be something I set incorrectly? Everything in Device Manager is OK. Someone's help will be very much appreciated. Thanks

That Really Took Care Of My Problem Quick! Funny thing is that I downloaded it from Microsoft but I was hesitant to use it. When I'm not absolutely sure about something it's better to ask than just do. I know how things can get botched. Thanks a millon!
