I have NEVER been so frustrated in my life!!! If anyone out there can assist me with this game, I would be eternally grateful.

Which, of course, exceeds the minimum requirements for this game. I installed it and it doesn't work. I've been in contact now for 2 weeks with a Microsoft technician and it still doesn't work.
We have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it several times, both with a clean boot and without. I've done all of the troubleshooting senarios listed in WIN ME and still, it won't work. I keep getting the same frustrating "fatal error" messages that there is a corrupted file and that it must be a hardware problem.
Does anyone out there have any suggestion? I'm open to all of them. I've practically done everything except purchase a new system. All the other games I have work perfectly well (Diablo II, LOD, ect). HELP!
