hi all. i have my system setup to dual-boot. one is WinMe and the other is Win2k. i have a hp 9600 cdrw and for some unkown reason, it won't burn cds in Win2k. everytime i try to burn something, it will have that "buffer underrun" error. the only reason i dual booted my machine is because i need win2k for my projects and i use winMe to burn cds. i hate ME. it's so unstable. i just want to get rid of this problem.
i have used nero5.0*, cdrwin, clonecd, easy cd creator, all to no avail. the same thing happens. you see the buffer percentage drop from 100% to 0% in like 10 seconds.
i have a asus p3bf mb, p3 500mhz, 256mb of sdram, a scsi hp 9600i 12x cdrw.
please help!!!
thank you.
