I need help! I have a new hard drive installed and for some reason my computer will not get to the a prompt. I also noticed that my floppy drive will not read any disk I put in. It has power, but that's it! It worked a couple of times, but then just stopped. I think it has to do with my BIOS.

If it was working fine before you added the hard drive. Check the floppy drive cables. The red line on both the power and "data" cables should be facing each other. The end of the "data" cable that connects to the Motherboard should have the red line "lined-up" with the number 1 pinout. Also check your BIOS and be certain that the "A" drive is defined with the correct paarmeters for the Drive you have. (IE: 3.5 1.4Mb)
