Can anyone explane the following statement to me.

A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C194D9FB in VXD EMU10K1 (01)+
0000B7FB. The current application will be terminated.

The 'VXD' refers to virtual device driver. The 'EMU10K1' is the Creative (Soundblaster) audio chip. I think you're having problems with the installation or configuration of the sound card's driver. Next time, the more info you include, the better your chances. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif There may be conflicts based on your CPU, motherboard, operating system, other add-on cards, etc. As a jumping-off point, check in Device Manager under the Sound, video and game controller heading for any yellow exclamation points or red X's.
