OK. Enough about the avatars. There are more important things in life.
Like tube socks. White crew-length ones with three stripes on 'em.
On a mission to find them, I went to five different stores today.
Zero. Zilch. Negatory.
Finally, I went to K-Mart. First of all, it's impossible to find anything in my local K-Mart since they remodeled it. Second, I had to settle on over-the-calf tube socks with only two stripes on them. Third, I only got two real colors: red stripes on one pair and navy on another. It was a four pack - the other two pairs had gray and black stripes.
To top it all off, I had to go to the social security office to get a replacement soc. sec. card. They close at 3:45! How slack is that?!?
As Popeye would say, I was disguscipated...
