Notebook IDE MO Disk Drive -> PC IDE ?????

I have 3.5-inch Magneto-Optical Disk Drive Unit Fujitsu M2541BD01 from broken Notebook:

I need to connect it to standard IDE flat ribbon in PC.
Help please to find the specification of signals of this socket.
(The specification of signals standard 40-pin IDE-plug I have.)

That drive is using a 44 pin "laptop" IDE interface. You'll need to get a converter like the one at one of these web sites.
