Blue screen

I have a problem with my PC which is concerned with the blue screen.
The blue screen describes as


" A fatal exception (OE:Page Fault) has
occured at 0028:C00034E8 in VXD VMM (01) + 000024E8"

The best info about Fatal Exception errors is at Microsoft Knowledge Base.
