windows boot screen change

i was wondering, is there a way to change the windows ME boot screen to look like that of windows XP? i mean, even with the different loading bar and everything. i'm in the process of making my computer look like windows xp from bottom to top without actually having it on there. for some reason it seems to run quicker in ME....but lets not go there. if anyone knows how i can change the boot screen or possibly where to find the right animated screen too, that'd be great.

Go to ThemeXP (www.themexp.org) and find a pic you like there, then download it, save it as a 256 color bitmap exactly 320x400 pixels in size and save it as " logo.sys " in the root of C:, this will force windows to use your new splash screen instead of the default one in the IO.sys file.
