After my system has booted aprox 10 minutes later my system will crash. I get an error message (explorer error) when I click on the details it says (kernal 32 error) and lists many numbers. Following the explorer error several other errors will pop up in succession. I am running a P3, 533mhz, 64meg ram, on a new Asus mother board. If anyone has even a clue on how to fix this or what could be causing this it would be greatly appreciated.

It souds as if u have problems with your windows system. Just to isolate the proble, try another hard disk in ya system. If the problem persists, the problem must be the hardware (excluding the HDD). Otherwise the operation system.

I'm not sure what the previous poster was trying to say; however, the most common reason a computer behaves the way you describe is HEAT.....the cpu fan may not be working very well....or even AT ALL. To find out if you have a defective cpu fan.....unplug the system.......open up the case on the side where you can view the motherboard.....locate the cpu & fan...plug the system back in and turn it on while watching to see if the fan is rotating fast......if you are VERY careful you can place your finger in the "center"(only) of the fan to see how much resistance it gives you......that will tell you if it is working well or if it's weak. If the fan is OK.....then go to this site to troubleshoot win98 errors: http://windowstrouble.com/emsg/index.html
