Hi I need help again!! I am using me Dell Latitude CPi with windows 98. I have to run it with my "Hardware acceleration" on the low setting or it will lockup when I try to scroll. It all started happening on one of the two hot days we have in Maine! I have sense downloaded twead Ui, it didn't help. I repaired explorer, that didn't help. I've updated my virus program and scanned many times. I've downloaded a diagnostic program from Dell, that didn't help.
Any Ideas?

Just a guess..look online for any video driver updates..download and save them to desktop..then reboot into safe mode by holding down the F8 key before the Windows loading screen appears..then while in safe mode rightclik My Computer and go to properties..then select the Devive Manager tab at the top and go to the Display section and remove the old display adapter, then close that out and install the new drivers and reboot to see if it helped. It may also be mouse related. Others here will give ya some more things to try soon also.
