Blue screen

Whenever I shut down my computer I get this message ERROR:OD:018F:BFF628E9 on a blue screen pressing clr alt del does nothing,I have to turn it off at the back.
I have a P111 with Windows ME.Cheers Steve

what did you do when the error showed its self?
