Slow reports on one WS

We have a Clipper program running on several Win98 workstations. On one workstation, the reports will run exptremely slow one day, and then quickly another time. The machines they always run quickly. I changed the Network Cable, the NIC card, and reloaded the software - still no luck. I even hooked the computer up to a known good port on the Hub that another workstation uses, and it still occurred.
Any ideas?

Is this the same one with the GPF problem? If it is it is sounding more and more like a device conflict or driver problem.

No, this is actually a different workstation. It had been working fine for a while. Thanks for your help
