igot warcraft 3 and i want to play it without the cd
i went into dos prompt and typed in d: then typed in dir then i typed in cd patch~9 because my uncle made a copy with a patch on it. then i typed dir then war3pa~8 then c: then cd\progra~1 then i dont know what to do after that
please help

You have a couple of options, one is you could get one of those CD emulator drive programs. The same kind used by a lot of Net Cafes, or you could do what I do and just get a "NO-CD Crack" for the game. One popular place is gamecopyworld.com. Just head on there and do a search for your game and I'm sure you will find the crack you're looking for.

There is a way to play games without the CD?!
Like you have to have the game fully loaded on the computer and then there is a way to play it without having anything in the CD-Rom drive?!

But I have Windows 95 and it needs 98 or better.

But don't u have to own those games 1st though? Or do u just make a backup copy and basically pirate the game...:confused:
