Does anyone know if the LinkySis EtherFast Wireless Access Point + Cable/DSL Router w/ 4-Port Switch is compatible with Windows XP and if I were to setup a wireless network would this be a good choice?

i found THIS (http://www.linksys.com/tech_helper/faq.html) it works on NT so you never know.

I am sure it will work fine with XP. I have been using their "Wired" version for a couple of years- Recently with XP on three computers.
Works great!
