I put an Antec True 480 (http://www.antec-inc.com/p_true480.html) in my 1800+ system to allow for a possible future CPU upgrade and to make sure it has more than enough capacity for the current configuration. I have one 80mm fan in the front blowing in and one on the back blowing out. It could use some more airflow, so I may add a slot fan rather than modify the case.

Actually I might get a 1600+ XP AMD CPU... Would a 350w be enough???

heres the one I am looking at for $57 @ Newegg.com:

ENERMAX EG365P-VE(FC). 350W Power supply for AMD K7 & Pentium4. Fan on/off controlled by M/B ~ Real "Sleeping Mode" support. Meet AMD K7 and Intel 2.03 Version. Dual cooling fan design : 9cm fan intake heat, 8cm exhaust hot air. Gold-coated terminals for high performance and faint resistance improvement. Fan speed monitoring by M/B - Ball bearing fan with Thermal Control function. Cable Tube Tied for neatness. Elegant gold-coated fan guards. Retail box.

ENERMAX is a bad word around here. Ask
iisbob about the one he had. When
it blew his cat had his claws buried in the
ceiling. Hehehe.

Personally I don't like them either. The +5V
leg is weak and this is where the CPU draws
it's source. The one I had the +5V leg would
only run at something like 4.70.

PSU mfg's are allowed +/- .5% of spec's. This
I disagree with.

Don't look for a warranty card when you open
the box as there won't be one.

I use the PowerMax 500 Watt PSU. The +5V leg
is rated at 50A and the +3.3V leg is rated at
30A. While in use both of these remain right
up where they belong.

Fans.... Panaflo is top of the line.

The Coolermaster HSF that comes with a retail
boxed AMD CPU leaves something to be desired.
Something like the ThermalTake AX-7 is needed
for the XP processor.
