New Builder using ecs p6vap-me mobo

Anyone have any experience with this mobo? If so what is the recommended cpu for it? celeron/cyrix joshua? I got this mobo/w case from ebay seller a few months ago and just recently decided to put it together. Any thoughts appreciated.

I am familar with google and use it as main search engine. I wanted an opinon of this motherboard, not what the manufacturer says about it which btw is undoubtable excellent. I should have worded it "best" instead of "recommended". First hand experience can alleviate a lot of problems before they begin. Thanks
