microsoft network certified?

how long would it take to go through one of those programs to be certified to work on ANY microsoft system? (networking)

That greatly varies depending on the person. It depends on how much experiance you have currently, how quickly you pick up complex systems and your financial situation. Study time will have to be alocated as will finding good practice tests and taking them. These certs run some decent money when you add them all up. Unfortunetly there are no real good answers.

Most classes at a tech school are 3 or 5 days for each class.
for MCSE it is recommended that you sit classes

Then you would need to take 4 core tests then elective tests
