Hello, Guys!!!

I love computers!!!!
I don't know anything about "SYSTEM RESOURCES"!!!
Where can I find some tutorial about that?!?!
I want a tutorial that explain me everything about that!!!
In other words, how to fix a conflict problem etc, how to attribute
some system resource to some device etc.
I think you got it!!!! I'm a neophyte!!! Please, help me!!!
