How can I save a website, including link contents, to a file? Other than copying and pasting to Word documents.

I use Win98 SE and IE5.

Hi Jes. When I want to save a wab page, I find that "File/save as" keeps the bits I want. What else do you want to save? Not trying to teach grandma.....

The save as procedure only saves a link. What if the website disapears or you are without internet access?

In IE Save As: choose WebPage, complete (*.htm, *.html) or as WebPage, single file (*.mht).

Alternatively add it to your favorites AND check "Make available offline" (which keeps it saved in the temporary internet files folder).
