Runtime Error

Please someone help with the following:

1. I get the following error message when I run various applications:

"A runtime error has occured
Do you wish to Debug
Line 4
Error not implemented
Yes No"
How can I fix this ?


2. When I boot my system the screen for Microsoft Networking continues
to appear prompting me for a password. I just hit cancel and the
system continues to boot. Is there any way to make this screen go
away ?

My OS is Windows Me

A little more info about the runtime error would be helpful...like what programs does it happen with?

As for the second question, instead of clicking cancel, don't type in a password but just hit enter, instead. That should prevent it from asking again.
