blue screen Fatal Exception::

I am running 98s and recently received a Fatal exception error occured at 0028 c02a20cc in VXD VWIN 32 [05] +00000BF4 AND OF COURSE CURRENT APPLICATION WILL BE TERMINATED>>
Anyways I look up the Fatal Exception Faults at the MSN Trouble shooting and went through most of them e.g. OX is a possible RAM chip that is fautlty> But a OE fault is more a page fault. I found various examples of the 0028 faults but could not find mine as 0028 C02A20CC.
Does anyone have an idea what the VXD extension file is? Or better still does anyone know what the error is for 0028 C02A20CC>

Thank you for the information I did search your areas but but there was a question on the news group similar to mine but no answers to the question. It seems to be a extremely difficult question to answer but I will seek forever just to see if it is possible to rectify>>
