Hello Listers,
I created a 15MB Partition which I tried formatting as FAT32 but somehow this doesn't seem to work under Win2k. Any idea why? The partition appears to be full ( i.e. 0 free Bytes ). Since there is no lower limit imposed on the size of a FAT32 partition I'd like to know why this fails.
Hope someone out there knows the answer!

Welcome Nandini. More info please. How many partitions and how (eg using which software) were they created/formatted.
Is this for a new install of 2K etc?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply !
I had 3 partitions of ~15MB each - all primary one FAT12,FAT16 and one FAT32. I had this problem only with the FAT32 partition. I created them under Linux and formatted the FAT12,16 under Linux. I tried formatting the FAT32 partition under Win2K but this failed.
The size of the partition is small since I had meant it to be for test purposes not for storage.
