i've seen both of these cards in pci version at pretty decent prices. which one has a better performance?

The GeForce 2 will favor 3-D moreso

that the TNT 2.

I'd avoid the GForce2 MX200, which had its memory bus cut in half as an "economy" move. Likewise with a TNT2 M64 (only 64 bit bus).

what about the voodoo 4 (assuming i can get it in pci) what about the voodoo 3? where is a good place to buy pci video cards at EXCELLENT prices.

I find that PriceWatch.com has some of the best prices around, but you kind of have to go out on a limb with some of the companies listed. Also looking at pricegrabber.com would be a good idea too.
