I have some .mim files on my hard drive. I do not know who sent them to me.

As far as I know, I have no program which will process or view these files. Hex and ASCII viewers give me no clue as to what these files are.

Does anybody here know what these files are? Where can I find some program to process or view them?

Thanx for any advice you can give.

Where did you find these files?? From a quick google search, it looks like they have something to do with MPG files.

Ben2002: Many thanx for posting that site. I have not investigated it thoroughly, but it looks worthwhile for data other than file extensions.
