Did you take the online test or go to Austin?

I work for a warrenty company that paid my fees to take the online test.

I have the five Dell certifications to do warranty repair. Laptops, servers, workstations, and desktops (dimension and optiplex). They were not anything other than being able to use their site and finding out information about the equipment. These were all online. These certs gave me a different number to call for tech support and also access to their premier website.

I contacted dell about getting certified and the tech could not tell me what to do or where to go. Can some one please help with a link or phone number.

Actually I just found the certs on their site. Are the hardware and repair certs free or is there a large fee>
