The first thing I would do is check to make sure you have the chipset drivers installed, that you have the current video drivers for your OS and keep an eye on your temperatures...CPU and system.

Thanks mjc, I have installed chipset driver provided by mobo manufacturer, video driver is also from that mobo cd and it is latest because mobo's manufacture date is july 2002. I think temprature is not the factor because it may causes problem to all cds but I have problem with particular cds and this cds is prolamatic only to this pc in other pcs it works fine.Other cds plays fine on this system. One more thing today when my system hangs I press Alt+Ctrl+del to I got massage in task manager box "MSQRSV32 (not respondig) during this proccess led of cd drive is lit continutioly.Have any sujession?

Hello UPENDRA

Try to find out if a prog running in the background is causing the problem.

1. Go to "Start>Run" and type "msconfig" in the "Open" box and click "ok".
2. Go to the "Startup" tab and untick about half of them. [Don't untick "System Tray" and "LoadPowerProfile" first time round]
3. Reboot and see if this improves the operation.
4. If not, re-tick the boxes and untick the ones you didn't first time.
5. Reboot again and see if this helps.

If unticking a group produces an improvement try to home in on the culprit by re-ticking HALF of the unticked group.
D'you get the idea?
I think it's called disabling by half.
Eventually only one is disabled, matters are improved or the problem is eliminated and it is the culprit. What you do then depends on what you find.

You'd better check the VIA drivers, I was looking for some the other day and noticed that the latest set is dated just a few days ago.

Also if it is a specific game, check the game's support pages to see if a patch is availble (some games need a patch for certain setups...)
